here’s the truth. when we put something into our mouths, no matter how good it tastes or makes us feel, we can feel soon enough after whether it’s good for our bodies or not. you can argue all you want about inconclusive investigations about processed foods, or the link between red meat and cancer, but when you feel the listlessness, or the heartburn and still refuse to make the connection, you’re lying to yourself. cut out processed food, MSG and sugar once in a while and then see how it makes you feel. seriously.
